Step 1: Provide Appearance Reference Pictures
Customers offer reference images including character appearance, color scheme, costume patterns, brand logos and matching accessories. Both sides confirm all customization requirements and lock the final design scheme officially.

Step 2: Custom Minifigure Accessories 3D Modeling
We build precise 3D models for exclusive custom minifigure accessories based on provided reference images. All models follow official LEGO standard size and universal block buckle interface perfectly. Multi-angle 3D previews will be provided for customers to confirm accessory shape and dimension before next procedure.

Step 3: 2D Graphic Design
Split independent printing surfaces of minifigure head, torso and limbs. Create high-definition vector graphics suitable for building block printing craft. Calibrate colors, texts and pattern details, and finalize production-ready printing files.

Step 4: Finished Product 2D Rendering
Combine customized 3D accessory models and official 2D printing patterns to generate integrated full-set minifigure 2D high-definition renderings. Front, side and back multi-angle views are offered for intuitive finished effect preview and final visual confirmation.

Step 5: Custom Packaging Design
Design exclusive matched packaging according to finished minifigure 2D renderings and customized style. Complete packaging layout design and die-cut printing drafts. Mass production will be arranged after full design confirmation.
